Happy Diwali

During the last week of October, Nursery and Reception celebrated the Hindu festival of Diwali. We invited our parents in to join in with our Diwali craft workshop. We made Rangoli patterns, Diwa lamps from clay, Happy Diwali cards, and Mrs. Jawad did some beautiful mendhi patterns on our hands. We had a lovely time, and learned lots of new things about our wonderful world ! Thank you so much to the parents who came along and helped make this learning memorable for the children.
