Makers of History joined Y3

Last week, Year 3 were joined by the ‘Makers of History’. They had an amazing day learning with Andros, the Spartan Warrior and Penelope, a rich Athenian Lady. They wore armour, played Greek games, dressed up in theatre costumes and watched a performance about Persephone and Hades. They all also made a clay pot inspired by The Greeks! They also had the children dress in traditional Greek clothing. What a fantastic day they had!
